Women's Guild President: Shirley Panchev St. Nicholas Women's Guild fosters, promotes and encourages the Christian principles, which are the foundation of the faith of the Orthodox Church. The guild engages in social, recreational and educational activities on the Church parish level. The Guild plans social functions for its organization and the Church parish as a whole. The women of the Guild do all things proper that will assist the Church congregation. |

Saint Nicholas Women's Guild II Cookbook now available!
The founders of St. Nicholas emigrated from Macedonia and Bulgaria in the early 1900's and started St. Nicholas in the late 1940's. Like most Orthodox Churches , our parish has grown and includes Bulgarians, Ethiopians, Greeks, Ukrainians, Romanians, Russians, Macedonians, Serbians, Syrians and Americans.
Some of the recipes are treasured keepsakes and we have chosen to share them. Many are new reflecting the diversity of our parish.
We are proud of our effort to publish a second printing with additional recipes so that future generations will have the knowledge of our rich ethnic heritage.
Included are many wonderful recipes for all occasions. We have a special section of recipes for Lent .
