Charity and Benevolence Ministry
The Charity and Benevolence Ministry meets the needs of qualified underprivileged individuals and families of the Saint Nicholas parish and reputable local, national, and international charitable organizations by providing financial support and by increasing the humanitarian and philanthropic conscience of the Saint Nicholas parish. |
Your generous contribution to the St. Nicholas Orthodox Church Charity and Benevolence ministry enables us to give the aid and comfort that Jesus demands of us in Matthew, chapter 25: “I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me, in prison and you visited me.” Clearly, when meet the poor and the needy, we meet Christ himself! Jan: -Zoe for Life (Orthodox Adoption Ministry) Your support of the Charity and Benevolence ministry will enable our parish to be true to our calling as the Church of Christ, to be Christ’s presence in Fort Wayne!
